What are your charges and payment terms?

How often will I be paid, and what payment methods do you use?
Chakra Healthcare offer a reliable payroll cycle, typically paying weekly directly into your bank account. Chakra Healthcare primarily use the PAYE (Pay As You Earn) system. Chakra Healthcare can discuss options involving umbrella companies if preferred, adhering to all HMRC regulations.
Can I choose my shifts and working locations (hospitals, care homes, private)?
Chakra Healthcare offer significant flexibility. You can update your availability weekly, and shifts are allocated based on your experience, qualifications, and stated location preferences (e.g., hospitals, care homes, or private settings).
What support will I receive while on assignment?
You will receive ongoing support from a dedicated compliance and bookings consultant. They are your primary point of contact for any questions, issues, or performance monitoring during assignments.
Do you offer mileage reimbursement or cover travel expenses?
Our policy on expenses depends on the client agreement and location of the assignment. Chakra Healthcare provide clear details on mileage reimbursement rates or travel expense coverage during the booking confirmation stage.
What happens if a booking is cancelled by the client?
While rare, if a client cancels a booking, our team works immediately to find alternative suitable work for you based on your availability and proximity to other clients, minimising disruption to your schedule.
